VoidPlates

Clean, readable enemy nameplates for Midnight: see who's casting, what to kick and who it's aimed at — in the open world, Mythic+ and raids.

01What it does

VoidPlates replaces the default enemy nameplates with flat, easy-to-read plates built for Midnight's rules. Every cast shows whether you can kick it and who it targets; the plate flashes when a kickable cast starts and turns red past halfway, so you know when it's now or never.

Your debuffs, crowd control, purgeable buffs and enemy shields sit right above the bar. Some combat details are hidden from addons in Midnight instances; VoidPlates hands those straight to Blizzard's own display, so it works the same in Mythic+ and raids.

02What's inside

Casts you can act on

  • Kick color

Bright green when you can interrupt, grey when you can't.

  • Kick flash

The plate pulses when a kickable cast starts and turns red past halfway.

  • Who it's aimed at

The target's name in class color — with a white frame when it's coming at you.

The mob at a glance

  • Health, level, elite/rare

Percent on the right, optional short number on the left.

  • Color by mob type

Casters, mini-bosses and bosses stand out before the pull.

  • Threat colors

Orange when a tank loses a mob or a non-tank pulls one.

Less clutter

  • Target arrows

Your current target is marked and every other plate fades.

  • Small plates for minor mobs

Pets, totems and trash adds get a compact plate; their casts still show.
